At COLD CULTURE™, we want you to be fully satisfied with your streetwear. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
